Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month.  Meetings start at 6:00 pm in the Stevens County Conservation District office which is located at: 232 Williams Lake Road in Colville, Washington.
 

To comply with COVID-19 public gathering restrictions, the SCWCB May 18, 2020 regular meeting is cancelled.

 Mission Statement
The Stevens County Water Conservancy Board was established by Stevens County Resolution on January 25, 2002 to provide a locally based and expedited review process for surface water and groundwater rights changes and transfers originating or terminating in Stevens County.
