Stevens County Website Accessibility Implementation Plan
Stevens County is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. The goal is to provide an accessible website that conforms to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C § 794d). However, during the process of modifying the County webpages, some existing content may not be in compliance, and some content may only meet the minimum required compliance standards.
The County Website Accessibility Implementation Plan is to fully incorporate ADA standards for all County webpages and continual efforts to locate and remove all accessibility barriers. As we become aware of content that does not conform to ADA standards, the County will make reasonable good faith efforts to modify these pages for accessibility. We cannot control or correct problems with linked third-party sites, so please contact the County Webmaster if you encounter difficulty with these linked sites so we can pass this information to the owners of those websites.
